Anyone who knows me, knows that I am NOT a breakfast eater! I hate consuming anything before 10am (except Diet Coke of course),  I rather loathe eggs of any sort and I am not really partial to breakfast food in general. However, I must admit that I enjoy

Mickey Mouse Pancakes!

making the breakfast treats for my family, who unlike me, LOVE all breakfast foods!   This morning there was a simple request made by Ms. Grace who chanted, and I mean CHANTED, for Pancakes in her favorite shape - Mr. Mickey Mouse!  Being Saturday, and a lazy one at that, how could I not supply my little ones with this simple wish!  And might I add that it was the worth the smile I witnessed from my girls! It is crazy to see that such an outpouring of happiness can come from flipping a pancake!  Their joy was enough to make your heart melt - just like the butter we drizzled all over Mickey's face!   Simple pleasures - happy hearts!
